To request a refund, email support@mindry.co with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the email address used at checkout. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
All order bump and upsell purchases are non-refundable. These are optional add-ons offered at a heavily discounted price and are not covered by the money-back guarantee.
Because our products are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon purchase, we reserve the right to decline refund requests that show clear evidence of content misuse (such as downloading all files and then requesting a refund without genuine engagement).
